Refund policy

The EU regulation for returning your order for B2C customers, only in the category Bricks and pieces, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receipt  without any reason, in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them, unused.  We do not refund taxes and shipping costs (original shipping or send back shipping), Brickis.be is not responsible for the return shipping costs or any other costs. Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be given once the goods are back in our possession and after a quality check. If you do not meet these conditions, we can deduct an amount or refuse the return in its entirety.
However, for B2C and B2B customers, orders that are custom-made for you, made to order, assembled for you like all the LEGO MOC  cannot be returned. These products can only be returned if there is something wrong with it and can not be used. For the purpose described.
