Shipping policy

Packages (not personalised) are generally dispatched within 2 days or from 1 to 3 weeks or for larger orders 3-5 weeks after receipt of payment and are shipped via post or DPD with tracking and drop-off with signature.  We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include ALL handling and packing fees as well as postage costs NO EXTRA COSTS. Handling fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order, we offer combined shipping. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but orders above EUR 50,00 are shipped with insurance.

The EU regulation for B2C customers for returning your order, you have the right to return your goods (only category bricks and pieces)  within 14 days of receipt  without any reason, in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them, unused.  We do not refund taxes and shipping costs (original shipping or send back shipping), Brickis.be is not responsible for the return shipping costs or any other costs. Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be given once the goods are back in our possession and after a quality check. If you do not meet these conditions, we can deduct an amount or refuse the return in its entirety.
However, orders that are custom-made for you, for B2C and B2B customers, like the LEGO MOC, made to order, assembled especially for you,  cannot be returned. These products can only be returned if there is something wrong with it and can not be used. For the purpose described.
